	We offer a total design package from consultation through to project management, whether a series of rooms, a whole house or a proposed extension. Upon developing a brief to assess and define the future requirements of the property, we will guide and advise, drawing upon our imagination, creativity and vision to develop individual design schemes to satisfy client needs and aspirations.
	This covers cosmetic works i.e. redecoration through to replacement kitchen doors and re grouting tiles etc. When selling or renting, all these items do need to look good. Where improvements are required we can advise how this can be achieved. For the housing market decorations should be fairly neutral as this will avoid alienating interested parties who are not DIY enthusiasts. If the property is to be rented this is even more important. We can manage the process arranging and liaising with the necessary contractors saving time, hassle and inconvenience.
	Clutter can mean everything to its owner but is unnecessarily distracting to others. When viewing, potential purchasers should be able to easily see the physical characteristics within the property and not be distracted. We can suggest ways to achieve the desired effect, by improving the overall presentation, or by recommending easy but practical ways of organising storage of personal possessions.
	As an extension to the redecoration service, styling still embraces the cosmetic but involves working with the furniture and accessories in addition to redecoration. In the case of refurbished properties we visualise what is needed to create the best impression whatever the style of property or interior. We can work with existing possessions, and arrange the supply of new to create the desired effect. For ‘show homes’, reliance on the imagination of potential clients to sell a vacant unit is a big risk. Paying attention to the styling and furnishing will help to project an image that can be bought into.
	As part of our design process, proposed schemes can be illustrated using image and sample boards, as a method of helping to convey the suggested style and finishes.
	Where time or inclination is not available, we will manage the purchase of the items required to complete an interior from furniture through to accessories.
	We can advise upon larger projects which make a radical difference to your property. This may involve replacement floor finishes, refurbishment of kitchens and bathrooms, through to reconfiguring internal room layouts. We can manage the process arranging and liaising with the necessary contractors and suppliers.
	We are able to develop proposed schemes for home extensions up to the point of submitting a Planning Application to the relevant local authority. Upon consent being granted, external consultants and contractors would be introduced to progress the structural detail and construction.
	Planning and programming is critical to a successful project. We will introduce and manage the resource, ensure correct legislation is adopted, monitor programmes and budgets. Management of the project creates one point of contact rather than several. We make frequent visits to assess quality of workmanship and we expect the highest standards at all times.
